You will make your mark as Office Assistant / Secretary at our Abu Dhabi branch office. As an Office Assistant / Secretary at our Abu Dhabi branch office you will have the opportunity to make a strong impression on our employees and visitors. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and assisting visitors ensuring their needs are met and questions answered. Additionally you will be expected to handle incoming calls promptly and professionally directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages when necessary. Your attention to detail and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all who enter our office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure office area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures). Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email directing visitors to the appropriate person and office.
