Job Description
Description We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support a small property management office in Palm Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position will focus on administrative coordination, document preparation, and day-to-day office support on a part-time schedule. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, confident using Microsoft Word, and able to keep office tasks organized and moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare, format, and update client-facing documents using Microsoft Word and other basic office software.
β’ Send completed materials to clients for review and help maintain clear, timely administrative communication.
