Job Description
Part-time seasonal position available assisting the leasing team at Province Hill Apartment Homes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and prospects.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Post flyers and notices to apartment doors and buildings.
- Data entry.
- Filing.
- Perform duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Comply with all Federal, State and Local Fair Housing Laws (training provided).
Skills and experience:
- A positive, team orientated attitude.
- Organized and detail orientated.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong communications skills.
- MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
- Able to take direction and be a team player.
- Flexible and tolerant of change.
- Ability to rebound from setbacks.
