Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support in establishing and maintaining contact and collaboration with customers, service providers, suppliers, and authorities

Assistance with order processing and shipping

General office duties and telephone service

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Customer and service orientation

Good command of English in both speaking and writing

Proficiency in MS Office applications
