Administrative Assistant
This position will support the Human Resources Department by performing various HR-related tasks, onboarding of new employees, and other HR-related duties as assigned.Β
Bi-lingual Preferred - the ability to understand and to make one's self understood to all Spanish speaking individuals.Β
Human Resources Coordinator Job Duties:
+ Conduct employee onboarding.
+ Administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning.
+ Light office/clerical work, some heavy lifting required up to 35 lbs.Β
+ Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.Β
+ Attention to detail.Β
+ Ability to multi-task.Β
+ Knowledge of Logistics and Invoicing a plus.Β
+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Β
+ Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
