- Creating and maintaining relationship with relevant government bodies, stakeholders and related companies under group in Vietnam
- Preparing, writing letters, faxes, memos, mails on behalf of the BOD
- Preparing business travel including business travel form, air ticket reservation, hotel booking
- Receiving and checking the contents of the documents for approval of the BOD.
- Assisting, arranging and organizing agenda for company’s visitors/ guests/ business partners.
- Attending meetings, taking meeting minutes and interpreting when needed.
- Arranging the monthly transportation for staffs, company visitors/ guests/ business partners such as taxi, car rental
- Preparing payments relating to BOD
- Preparing payment orders to suppliers including domestic suppliers and oversea suppliers and other bank transactions
