The Office Administrator provides centralized administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient office operations. The role supports leadership and staff through managing correspondence, schedules, records, and documentation; coordinating meetings and office logistics; processing routine financial and clerical tasks (including invoicing, time sheets, expenses, and vendor-related items); and maintaining office resources, procurement, and systems.
