Job Description
This job is an Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant. You might like this job because it involves organizing the office, managing invoices, and handling the company’s finances—perfect for those who love multitasking!
Perform administrative related tasks not limited to the following tasks:
- Office administration inclusive of filing, managing stationery stock, repair and maintenance of office
- Billing to customers inclusive of preparing invoice and sending out the invoices to clients, following up for payment.
- Handling Company’s accounting
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess a diploma or degree in the related field. Candidates with working experience in the related field will have an added advantage.
Candidate is required to be sharp and have good verbal and written communication skill.
