Job Description

Join the dynamic team at Live Nation's HISTORY Ottawa as an Office Administrator. This role encompasses managing office operations, coordinating payroll, vendor services, and ensuring a seamless event experience.
As an Office Administrator for Live Nation, you will support daily venue operations and act as a liaison for the management team. Your responsibilities will focus on vendor invoicing, customer service, and assisting with event reconciliation. You'll play a vital role in onboarding new hires and maintaining operational efficiency.
