This position manages multiple ocean related tasks simultaneously while understanding UPS Supply Chain Solutions and the correlation of functions as they relate to providing excellent customer service.

• Serves as the main point of contact with the customer relationship through regular proactive or reactive contact.
• Resolves complaints across functional groups.
• Processes ocean shipment orders, reviews quotes/rates, audits and researches operational performance issues.
• Interfaces with external carriers and vendors to maximize service.
