Purpose of the Job

Will spearhead our growth strategy in the Moroccan market.

Job Description

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our ocean freight business.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients to understand their shipping needs and requirements.
  • Review station overall sea freight performance and achieve sea freight actual target and budget.
  • Create customized solutions to gain new customers.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Strategically grow a network of ocean carriers. 
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
  • Onboarding new agents to our network and secure a competitive rates from the agents.
