As a Site Team Leader at Better Rehab, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clinicians within your site while continuing to manage your own independent caseload. 

This role is all about fostering a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team environment. You’ll help create a great site culture, support the onboarding and offboarding of team members, provide supervision to Allied Health Assistants and be a go‑to person for day‑to‑day staff queries and site‑level support.
