Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 • Therapy Delivery: Administers direct and indirect OT services and interventions.
 • Assessment: Evaluates motor skills, sensory development, and functional abilities to guide treatment and eligibility.
 • Collaboration: Works with families, educators, and professionals to coordinate care and planning.
 • Documentation: Maintains accurate records, treatment plans, reports, and billing in compliance with laws.
 • IEP Participation: Develops and implements IEP-based goals and transition plans.
 • Supervision: Guides COTAs and teaching assistants to meet therapy objectives.
 • Adaptation & Accessibility: Identifies and modifies environments, equipment, and toys to support student needs.
 • Instruction & Training: Educates staff, students, and families on therapy strategies and assistive devices.
 • Communication: Interprets and shares medical and academic data clearly with stakeholders.
