Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Occupational Therapist** to work at a Facility in **Falls Church** **, VA.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

**Pay Rate:** $61 / hour

**Duties:**

+ Assess patients’ physical, mental, and developmental abilities
+ Create individualized therapy plans
+ Help patients improve daily living skills (dressing, eating, bathing)
+ Provide therapy to improve motor skills and coordination
+ Recommend assistive devices and adaptive equipment
+ Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques
+ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
+ Document therapy sessions and patient outcomes
+ Work with doctors and healthcare team
+ Support patients in becoming more independent

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ **At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Occupational Therapist**
+ Must have up to date credentials in the state of **VA**
