Occupational Therapist - Home Health Care – 40 Hours/Week

Schedule: 40 hours per week, day shift
On-Call Requirements: Minimum of one weekend per month, plus one summer holiday and one winter holiday
Compensation & Benefits: $10,000 sign-on bonus; eligible for full-time benefits
