Job Description: Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programs Liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitative treatment process Work independently and provide intervention sessions at home Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention Facilitate discussions with caregivers and educators in schools Provide/organize group activities for clients Work closely with the AHP team involved in delivering service to clients and May be assigned AHPC supervisory function for senior therapist.
Job Requirement: Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy Fully registered therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore Prior working experience with pediatric group is preferred A team player and adaptable to work in a community-based setting.
