Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 6/22-6/25, 7/6-7/10, 7/13-7/17 and future PRN dates
- Schedule: 9am to 1pm
- Worksite Setting: outpatient
- Scope of Work: Occupational Health - Fire Fighter and DOT Physicals
- Average number of patients seen per day: 20-25
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX license, BLS, DOT Cert
