As an OCC Team Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of shift controllers in a fast‑paced 24/7 environment, ensuring our network operates safely, efficiently and in line with strict performance standards. You’ll coordinate emergency and metering activity, work closely with operational teams across the region and drive strong performance through clear communication, problem‑solving and effective people leadership.
