**Job Description**

We are looking for a **Systems Capability Engineer** to help us lead the development and integration of automated driving technologies. In this position you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of hardware, software and the driver to define, develop and execute the features that help improve the driving experience and move us towards our goal of zero crashes. The capability engineer works on both sides of the development V, defining how we would like the features to operate and getting in the vehicles to ensure performance is correct. You will need to apply technical understanding, critical reasoning and a structured approach to problem solving that supports the fast pace of ADAS development.

This position requires an employee to be onsite 3 days per week but does allow for flexibility between GM sites, understanding that some of that time is required to be in Milford Proving Grounds.
