**Position Summary**:
The workplace will be at Lierstranda, near Drammen.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Accounting closure, monthly, quarterly and annually
Entering financial transactions into accounting software
Recording invoices, receipts, and payments
Updating ledgers and other financial records
Internal reporting
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Control of annual report and tax return
Contact with auditor
Assist the finance manager with tasks for the Norwegein entities
Assist Carboline Europe Finance with tasks and reporting as needed
Ad hoc tasks
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
Accounting understanding and knowledge of legislation
Good excel aptitutdes
Preferible experience in ERP systems (Infor LN and SAP)
Structured and accurate
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
