Responsibilities Ensure that all healthcare objectives of the hospital are met. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information;
responding to requests, building rapport, and participating in team problem-solving methods. Conduct weekly meetings with the catering service to discuss residents’ diets, requests, and
grievances. Facilitate continued communication between the residents and their families, ensuring that
a high standard of care is maintained. Daily updates of resident status and House bed occupancy. Ensure proper day to day management and organization of the various units.
