About the Role This is a contract-based position focused on supporting the early stages of nursing program development. The primary objective will be to help the college build the relationships, partnerships, and strategic groundwork necessary to establish clinical rotation opportunities in hospitals and other health care settings. Should the program proceed, there is potential for the role to evolve into a full-time position.

Key Areas of Contribution

Advise on the Ontario nursing education and clinical placement setting

Support outreach to hospitals and other health care organizations regarding student clinical rotations

Leverage existing sector relationships to help establish placement partnerships

Provide guidance on regulatory, professional, and operational considerations related to nursing program development

Advise on program feasibility, stakeholder engagement, and sector expectations
