This Nursing Professional Development Practitioner position will support nursing education, training, and competency needs for the Seattle Children's Fetal Medicine program and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) facilitation needs. Additional preferred experience includes minimum of (3) years labor and delivery experience, experience in building new programs, and previous program and project management experience.

Adheres to the nursing professional development (NPD) core competencies as defined by the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) scopes and standards of practice. Supports the transition of nurses and other team members across practice environments and professional stages through onboarding and orientation, competency management, and role development.
