Job Description

Every day, our Nursing Professional Development Specialist to support our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Step down and Med/Surg teams at Mease Countryside Hospital. This role plays a critical part in developing, supporting, and advancing the clinical practice of our ICU nurses through education, coaching, and evidence‑based practice.
**Positions details:**
+ **Location:** St. Anthony's Hospital – Neuro ICU, Neuro Step Down and Med/Surg – St. Petersburg, Florida
+ **Status:** Full Time - Exempt from Overtime
+ **Shift:** 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - can vary
+ Occasional weekend requirement
+ **On Call:** No
+ Always in person
