The Nursing Manager – Trauma ICU is responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of the Trauma Intensive Care Unit in collaboration with the Unit Director.

This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, State and Federal regulations, Joint Commission standards, and American Nurses Association (ANA) guidelines.

The Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight, while maintaining 24-hour accountability for the unit's performance, staffing, and patient care continuity.
