Job Description

Our client, a leading hospital in Dubai, iscurrently looking for a Nursing Director to be based in Dubai to lead the strategic
nursing development services of the department and maintains performance
improvement activities within the department and supports and participates
quality improvement projects. In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care, quality, patient safety, and risk management.
  • Lead nursing workforce planning, recruitment, retention, performance management, and professional development initiatives
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, systems, and quality improvement programs to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to enhance clinical outcomes and organizational performance.
