**2nd Brightleaf/Cardiac Recovery Department** :

UNC Health Johnston 2nd Brightleaf/Cardiac Recovery Department includes 18 inpatient and observation beds, 6 outpatient rooms and 11 Cardiac Recovery rooms. In our inpatient/observation rooms, we provide acute routine level of care to patients with cardiac diseases, respiratory diseases, and other diagnosis’. In our outpatient rooms, patients come for blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, wound dressing changes, IV fluids, etc. 2nd Brightleaf is a unique department that works together with our Cardiac Recovery department. We cross train our team to work in all areas.
