Summary:

The Nursing Assistant works under the direction of a licensed nurse in the provision of direct patient care, including the admission and discharge process. The Nursing Assistant assists or performs procedures according to physician order and nursing delegation, based on validation and skill level. The position identifies changes in patient's condition and communicates these changes to the Nurse immediately. Provides assistance with basic cares, transporting and patient transfers. Supervised by the Supervisor and Manager of Home Health.

Flex position, typical hours are Monday-Fridays 8-4:30, no weekends or holidays.
