Looking for a person who goes above & beyond and can work Monday - Friday sometimes weekend. 40 hours a week may differ per week as the seasons change. This role includes being part of a small team that is responsible for the cultivation, planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting of lilies in a greenhouse or outdoor setting.

It involves overseeing the entire growth cycle of lilies, from planting and nurturing to harvesting and preparing them for sale or distribution. Some tasks include medium–heavy duty physical work which are suited to strong male workers.

• Preparing the soil and planting beds
• Planting of the lily bulbs
• Crop Management
• Implement and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal growing conditions
• Apply fertilizers as needed
• Putting stakes in to support the crop as it grows
• Lifting the netting as required
