Job Description
Nursery Technician Position Overview:
- We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, dependable individuals with a friendly and collaborative attitude and startup mentality to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate is detail oriented with prior experience in cannabis propagation and must be familiar with cloning techniques, watering plants by hand, and Mother plant care.
- The Nursery Technician will be reporting to the Nursery Lead and Director of Cultivation for daily tasks.
- Nursery Technicians will be required to learn how different cultivars/strains grow, and how to identify a variety of pests/pathogens.
- This is a labor-intensive position that requires good critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Transplanting rooted clones into coco.
- Topping and pruning vegetative plants.
