Job Description

This role supports the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in conducting assessments for Veterans leaving military service or applying for disability benefits from the VA.

The Advanced Practice Provider will perform face-to face, in-clinic assessments/evaluations with Veterans to complete the required Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) for submission to VA for eligibility determination.
