Job Description
**Overview**
Empatia Palliative Care is looking for a **PRN Nurse Practitioner** to cover our Castle Rock palliative care patients.
The **Nurse Practitioner Palliative Care** facilitates palliative care for Empatia Palliative Care patients, ensuring a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and ethical, relevant judgment. Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the direction of the Palliative Medical Director (if required under State law).
+ **NP Licensure - Colorado**
+ **DEA Licensure - Full prescriptive Authority, Experience Writing**
+ **Schedule - Looking for someone at least 1-2 days/week**
+ **Palliative Care/Hospice experience a plus**
