**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
**Advanced Practice Provider β Inpatient Nephrology**
Provides comprehensive, high-acuity care as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) on the Acute Nephrology Service at Penn State Health, managing a diverse population of patients with complex renal and fluid-electrolyte disorders. Performs daily multidisciplinary rounding, conducts thorough assessments, develops and implements evidence-based treatment plans, and monitors response to therapy for acute and chronic kidney conditions, including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease exacerbations, electrolyte imbalances, and hypertension.
