Description
LifeHealth, LLC, a federal government contract company, is seeking a special Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree for a 1099 contract position, providing rural nursing health support in any of three locations throughout Arizona: Kayenta, Chinle, or Page.
Position Summary
This position is both clinical and administrative and works to support across multiple locations in Arizona.
The position is full time from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday with Saturday and Sunday off duty within one of the locations specified above, being positioned in alignment with need and service request for the duration of the two-week on period.
The position will allow for two weeks of on-time work followed by two weeks of being off-duty. On-time work may be assigned to any clinical location, in which you will be expected to both orient and obtain security privileging. As loca...
