Premise Health is proud to partner with Jackson Rancheria and is seeking a Full Time, Nurse Practitioner to provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Jackson, CA. The scheduled hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7am-5pm and Wednesday, 8am-12pm. Two years of provider experience, management experience preferred. $5,000 sign-on bonus.
