The Infusion Clinic Nurse Practitioner provides primary care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy.

JOB SUMMARY

The Infusion Clinic Nurse Practitioner will promote a positive clinic environment centered on safe and professional patient care experience. The nurse practitioner is responsible for quality and accuracy of services provided and perform all task with the utmost of care. Thoroughly review patient orders, medications, and health information and administer parenteral medications in accordance with treatment plan.
