Job Description

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Evaluations

We're hiringindependent contractor NPsto conductin-home health evaluationsforMedicare Advantage,Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.

Compensation:

  • Earn$2,500 to $4,000 weekly
  • $80 base rateper completed assessment
  • Average6-9 patient visits daily
  • Additional pay-per-test compensationfor qualifying visits

    • Position Details:

  • Flexible schedulingMonday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
  • Pre-scheduledin-home visitswith health plan members
