Position Summary

Our Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine team provides an extensive network of resources for the comprehensive care of older adults, bringing together a wide range of services that provide easy access to high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Housecalls program, an innovative program that brings providers to the homes of elderly patients in the neighborhood of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and delivers care for those unable to visit our providers onsite.

In collaboration with attending physicians, the NP is responsible for the coordination and direct care of patients in an ambulatory geriatrics practice setting.
