Nurse Practitioner

Est. pay range: 73.00/hr.- 75.00/hr. W2 Schedule: HOO M-F (1 hr. lunch) Sat /Sun (30 min lunch)

Must be willing to float to cover Gainesville and MacClenny. 2-3 weekdays and 6/12 weekend shifts (sat/sun). Appx 30-38 hours a week. This position will require possible holiday rotations.

Position Summary:

• MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioners will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients.
• The clinical care team will work with the provider daily to drive better outcomes for entire panel of patients.
• This will include accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
• This role will report to the practice manager.
