Job Details & Requirements

  • Work Dates Needed: Sep 28-Dec 18 2026
  • Preferred Schedule: Mon - Fri (8a-430p) FT preferred / Min 5 consecutive shifts per month to be considered
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient
  • Scope of Work: Avg 12ppd General cardiology in outpatient setting, some inpatient consults 3 APPs, 3 CDIN, 1 CDEP
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH license required, BC, 
  • EMR: Epic
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $115/HR
