About the Role
* Permanent * Full time - 1 FTEOur Cardiology Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced, patient-centred care across the continuum of cardiology services within Waitematā District, with a particular focus on heart failure. You will be a clinician that functions both autonomously and collaboratively, delivering expert assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for patients with complex and chronic cardiac conditions.
This role is integral to improve access, equity, and health outcomes for the Waitematā population by supporting timely, high-quality care across acute, inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
