Job Description
LTAC Hospital Midwest, Waterford, WI, US
Salary: $120,000.00 Annually
To oversee and provide for the smooth daily operation of the nursing program, plan for the development of the program to meet changing patient populations, and to participate with the facility’s Management team in planning the facility’s response to changes in the health care market.
This position is a full-time position and will function in conjunction with other delegated clinical/administrative staff.
Pay will be $120k plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
+ To provide the direct or collaborative supervision of nursing care in conjunction with charge nurses, clinical nursing staff, nurse educator and Certified Nurse Specialists and CWN/CWOCN so that efficient and effective utilization of all resources to create a safe and therapeutic environment for patients & families within the program.
