**Description:**

Holy Cross Health, a member of **Trinity Health** , is hiring a **Nurse Manager – Mother Baby** to provide operational, clinical, and people leadership for our Mother Baby (Post‑Partum/Couplet Care) unit.

Reporting to the **Director of Mother Baby** , this role is accountable for quality outcomes, patient experience, colleague engagement, compliance, and stewardship of resources while advancing Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
