Nurse Manager – GI Unit

Montefiore Einstein seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager – GI Unit to lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and operational functions within the Gastroenterology Unit while promoting quality, safety, staff engagement, and operational excellence for for both inpatient and outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for the GI Unit nursing team

• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards

• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development
