Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

+ Record and monitor patient vital signs, including height, weight, allergies, and medication updates

+ Obtain blood specimens and assist with laboratory testing and interpretation

+ Gather and document detailed patient medical histories

+ Collaborate with providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation within electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)

+ Coordinate patient referrals, follow-up appointments, diagnostic tests, procedures, and hospital admissions
