The Nurse House Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the clinical departments and patient care outcomes. The RN House Manager has exemplary leadership skills that involve high functioning critical thinking and implementation during times of stress and need. This role will work within the Critical Access Hospital Conditions of Participation in accordance with The Center for Medicare Services, CMS. They oversee planning and management for the continuum of both nursing and non-nursing clinical care across the hospital while reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The RN House Manager will ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and programs.
