Job Details

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below:

+ Serves as a consultant/resource to nursing staff in interpreting policy/procedure standards and evidence-based practices of nursing care.

+ Clinical oversight and safe development of the new hires and assist with the transition of the newly licensed graduates into nursing practice.


+ Meets regularly with orientees and preceptors.

+ Confers with Director of Nursing Education regarding the competency of new hires.
