Description

• Assist in conducting training needs assessments across all clinical nursing areas and departments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs to address the competency and learning needs of nurses at all levels.
• Provide clinical supervision and support for newly hired nurses in their respective units through induction and ongoing nursing education programs.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers, Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to support staff development and in-service education initiatives.
• Assist in developing curricula based on feedback and recommendations related to training and practice issues to meet the hospital's current educational requirements.
