Key Responsibilities

• Build & Lead – Recruit, develop, and inspire OT nurses for Major Surgery and Day Surgery Units
• Clinical Excellence – Create and implement evidence-based protocols and performance benchmarks
• Operational Mastery – Oversee rosters, budgets, and workflow efficiency across surgical suites
• Future-Proofing – Champion digital tools, robotics, and integrated patient care systems

What We're Looking For

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• 10+ years' clinical experience with at least 2+ years in perioperative leadership
• Proven experience in hospital setup, commissioning, or expansion
• Strong project management skills + a visionary mindset
