As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will prepare and administer radioactive drugs (radiopharmaceuticals) to patients for imaging or treatment, primarily for diagnosing cancers and cardiovascular diseases. This is done through operating specialized imaging devices like gamma cameras and PET scanners.
